Treat your senses to the official music video for "Be Careful What You Dream." A product of Fractal Cat’s own incautious dreaming and director Mark Colegrove’s skillful eye, the video features guest singer and up-and-coming psychic-shop interior decorator Jax Martone as a rolling stone with no direction home who falls into a temporary delusion that she’s a member of a psychedelic rock band bent on a perilous path. Tune in and watch the tower of illusion fall!Read More

Last month, Ellicott City, MD suffered its second devastating flood in two years, costing tens of millions of dollars, and leaving many without their livelihoods. Fractal Cat will be holding an Ellicott City benefit concert on June 28th at Villain & Saint in Bethesda. We are excited to announce that we met our Kickstarter goal, and that we will be pressing our first ever vinyl record! The Tower, which we released earlier this year, will soon be available on 140 gram vinyl, featuring Matt Muirhead’s sublime cover art, and including liner notes and lyrics printed on the inner sleeve. We tried to make a timely musical statement with this album, and now it will have the presentation we always wanted it to. We are beyond grateful to our 42 backers who have made this possible, and to all of you who shared the project on your social media sites. Because of your support, we are able to be creatively ambitious in these strange and troubling times. It's the best feeling in the world that our music has enough value to you that you would fund its manufacturing. Thank you!!!Read More
